how we got here
The founder of MultipliCMS, Stacy Taylor, has been in ministry for over 20 years.  He has served on staff of numerous churches in various denominations as a youth pastor, associate pastor, music minister and worship leader.  Out of those experiences Stacy learned the following:

• 90% of the work in a church is done by 5% of the people
• Out of that 5%, only about 50% of them show up faithfully when something needs to be done

go forth and multiply
Wouldn’t it be great if we could just multiply, or duplicate, the people that do show up?  Well of course since this isn’t science fiction and taking into consideration all of the moral dilemmas as well as the nightmare of trying to explain why your volunteers now all have brand new twin siblings, clearly this wouldn’t work.  But that’s when the vision became clear.  You don’t have to multiply your people just give them the ability to multiply the amount of work they get done.  Allow them to do more in less time.  That is the whole vision behind our name and our purpose – doing more with fewer people.
